The Hotel or On the Road Workout

Maybe this has happened to you: You are on the road or at a hotel for a week or more and you only have limited equipment or 1 universal machine. Well here is the remedy for that situation.
THE HOTEL WORKOUT #1
(WARM UP is the Back Triset)
3 to 5 sets of each. Warm up with 20 reps then follow up with 8-12 working reps. You must try to fail between 8 to 12 reps. 
BACK • Tri Set  
1. Seated Cable rows close or wide grip
 
2. Pull downs 
3. Lat pull downs
LEGS & ARMS • Superset
Cable Kickbacks 
Triceps Extension 
*Hotel Worktout #2
3 to 5 sets of each. Warm up with 20 reps then follow up with 8-12 working reps. You must try to fail between 8 to 12 reps. 
WARM UP - 
air squats 
Jumping squats 
(Supersets)
Stiff leg deadlifts 
Lateral raises 
 Bulgarian split squats 
Bicep curls
Walking lunges
