-I will construct a cardio workout and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program for you to do to shed that stubborn fat.
-I will coach you what times are most efficient to do your cardio or HIIT to maximize fat burning and thus maximizing your entire fitness routine.
-I will ensure that you are never wasting time or energy and always getting the absolute most out of your diet and workouts.
-I will include a suggested meal plan with the exact amount of foods to eat based on your specific TDEE and BMR and it will include item by item listed macro's so you can make substitutions easily.
-I will calculate your specific Protein Turnover Ratio (PTOR)
-I will coach you on times best eat and in what ratio to split your Macronutrients ( how many grams of fat, protein, carbs that are healthy) that I have had success with.
