Workout Plan Includes:
  • Dr.KwaZ will construct a cardio workout and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program for you to do to shed that stubborn fat.
  • You will receive a full body workout routine with the exact sets and reps of each exercise to perform, split over the number of days you can workout. 
  • You will be coached on what times are most efficient to do your cardio or HIIT to maximize fat burning and thus maximizing your entire fitness routine. 
  • You will learn the most efficient ways to workout so that you are never wasting time or energy and always getting the absolute most out of your diet and workouts. 
  • Dr.KwaZ can recommend what supplements to keep your health risks down and you progressing forward towards your goals. 
  • Includes the Ab Crusher program (Core Day).
Meal Plan Includes:
  • All of my meal plans are 100% personalized based on a questionnaire you answer when you get started.  
  • Meal plans are updated monthly with all calories and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates & fats) worked out perfectly for you and your specific goal. (Build lean muscle, get ripped or tone up). (Not intended to treat disease) 
  • I also ask you if there are any foods you don't like, are allergic to, that sort of thing so ENJOY what you're eating, which means you'll be more likely to get the best and fastest results possible!  
  • Vegetarian and Vegan options also available.
  • You will learn what carb cycling is and how to do it. 
  • You will receive the recipe to my Fountain of Youth Shake.
